Great budget-friendly option with a prime downtown location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with carrying our heavy luggage. We felt safe throughout our stay, which was especially important as two women traveling through Mexico. The private room with a bathroom was worth the price, providing us with comfort and privacy.

The pillows were a bit stiff and uncomfortable. it took a while to get hot water in the mornings, and the room door didn't feel secure enough for leaving valuables.

casona poblana was even better than my last visit to puebla. central location, friendly staff, and comfy, clean rooms made my stay top-notch. loved the peaceful patio and convenient laundry service nearby. the simple but satisfying breakfast was a great start to the day.

The double room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included breads, jam, cereal, and juice. Within a 5-minute walk to the town center with everything. Friendly staff.

I recently stayed at Casona Poblana for a weekend getaway. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The dorm room was impressively huge with separate showers, toilets, and basins, all of which were very clean. I also liked that the room had large individual lockers, a big fan, and external windows to let in fresh air. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options such as cereal, yogurt, toast with jam, fresh orange juice, and coffee.

I do recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the hostel. Our private room with an ensuite was comfortable and clean. The bed was fine, although the pillows could have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The breakfast offered was simple but tasty, with cereal, yogurt, toast and jam. a nice hostel with a good atmosphere.
